Job Overview
SeeBeyondBorders Ireland is a recently established charity (Registered Charity Number 20206034) formed following the building of a modest donor base and several years of collaboration between schools, educators, and supporters in Ireland, with the front-line leadership of SeeBeyondBorders in Cambodia. This is a key moment of transition for SeeBeyondBorders Ireland as it looks to develop to the next stage by putting in place a solid management and organisation base and the appointment of its first Ireland based CEO. In its short history to date the Board has commenced the journey towards compliance with the new Charities Governance Code in Ireland and has made early strides in establishing and developing a strong donor base. The CEO will work with the Board to continue the journey and to increase revenue, while working with the Chair and Board to represent SeeBeyondBorders to all Ireland based stakeholders including the Irish Government, Working collaboratively with the international operations of SeeBeyondBorders including counterparts in other donor countries, will also be essential for success in this role.
