Chief Services Officer (CSO)
The successful candidate will be a member of the Senior Management Team and will report directly to the CEO.
The ideal applicant for the role will meet the following requirements:
At least 10-years experience as a Senior People Manager.
Broad & extensive experience in the Charity/ Not for Profit sector in a services/health care environment.
Master’s level qualification, ideally focused on third sector knowledge.
Strong advocate with a passion to make a difference.
Excellent communications and influencing skills.
Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail.
Methodical and organised.
Team player with proven ability to motivate and lead a team as well as working collaboratively with others.
