Overall Purpose of Job:
The purpose of the post is to provide capacity for the HSE Sláintecare Healthy Communities Initiative to improve community health and wellbeing in the designated Healthy Community areas of County Cavan by addressing the issues of poor diet and food poverty.

Qualifications
A minimum of a Level 8 qualification in the area of nutrition and health, please request the Job Description for a list of courses from Irish academic bodies deemed to meet this criteria.
Experience At least 3 years experience in a role that has involved:
health promotion and improvement,
health behaviour change, and
working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Other: Full Driving Licence

Salary: Equivalent to HSE Grade VI
