Community Inclusion Coordinator – Co. Wexford Community Workshop (Enniscorthy)

Key Duties:
Ensure high quality delivery of care for our service users
Responsible for quality improvements, audits and quality systems in our day service
Develop and deliver quality improvement systems and performance indicators for the service
Conduct safeguarding reviews for day services
Provide professional leadership and management that promotes efficiency, innovation, teamwork and continuous quality improvement
Provide operational leadership and direction for staff
Resource Management

Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Social Care / Social Work / Healthcare / Nursing
A minimum of three years supervisory / management experience in the area of Healthcare or Disability Services
Full Clean Driving Licence
