are expanding and opening up a third office and seek to recruit an experienced Conveyancing/Probate Solicitor for an immediate start to join their team in their Trinity Street Office.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Minimum of 4 years’ post qualification experience in conveyancing, probate, licensing and general practice;
Experience in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing to include title investigation on sales, purchases and remortgages;
Commercial conveyancing including commercial leases, purchases and sales;
Experience in licensing laws and procedures;
Experience in probate law, dealing with testate and intestate administrations;
The ability to manage a varied workload and to manage deadlines and competing priorities;
The ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team;
Possess reliable time management, organisational and communication skills;
Have a professional and flexible approach.
