Our client, one of the large financial services company based in Dublin 1, is looking for an experienced corporate receptionist to join their team of receptionists for immediate start. To provide a professional and personable client facing service to all internal and external clients. To act professionally and work efficiently at all times To take ownership of the administration duties involved in the running of a busy reception area, including client car-parking, couriers, faxes, post etc. To oversee the booking & supervision of meeting rooms To liaise with other support departments. To be an active member of the Corporate Real Estate and Services Team. To manage ad hoc hospitality events / projects as they arise
Skills Requirements
Requirements Over 5 years experience as a corporate receptionist/working within a customer service role in a professional environment Confident dealing with clients & executives at all levels Excellent telephone manner & interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and matters Available for immediate start
Salary: €12.22/hr
