Description
One of our Clients is looking for a professional and flexible Receptionist with good experience from corporate/financial environment to provide 1 day a week cover plus ad-hoc annual or sick leave reception cover. The main responsibilities: Meeting and greeting clients in professional manner; Answering, monitoring and directing calls; Meeting rooms bookings; Ordering taxis; Following security procedures; Some administration duties may be requested. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in working in corporate/banking environment is required; Excellent customer service, communication and telephone skills; Flexibility and availability for work at short notice. Please note that the position required working 1 day a week and being available for additional cover up to 5 working days. Shift work: 8am-5pm or 9am – 6pm
