Wallace Corporate Counsel is currently seeking to recruit Corporate/Commercial Lawyers, 1+ year post qualification experience to join its expanding corporate and commercial team. The firm is a specialist corporate transactions practice. They work closely with leading Irish entrepreneurs, growth-oriented private companies and investors and they operate across a range of industry sectors. The successful candidate(s) will work on M&A transactions, investment transactions, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, GDPR and intellectual property matters and interfacing and liaising closely with clients. Amenable to flexible engagement terms/working hours for suitable candidates.

The successful candidate will:
Have strong interpersonal and communications skills;
Be qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland and/or common law jurisdiction;
Have appropriate company law knowledge with a strong technical ability;
Have an ability to exercise sound judgement, decision making with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; and
Have a positive and team player attitude.
