Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire NOONAN is seeking to hire a Customer Service Ambassador. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual who is highly motivated and safety conscious. Successful candidate will be based on site with our client in Sheffield. This is a full time (30hrs a week), permanent role. The hours are dictated by the rolling rota. Business is opened from Monday- Sunday (7:00am-10:00pm). Successful candidate will work any 5 days out of 7 and the shift will be 6hrs long.

Skills Requirements
Responsibilities: Resolve queries received by phone and e-mail in a timely manner. Ensure task information and updates are accurate, timely and meet client requirements. Delivery of service to agreed standards and metrics. -Provide a professional service and represent Noonan in line with company s ethos and expectations. Provide a professional service in all Internal and External communications. Talking to customers about their travel needs.

Salary: €6.80ph STG
