Description
The role requires the successful applicant to: Build and provide professional and friendly working relationships with our partners and their customers. React to incoming telephone, fax and email enquiries and orders from our partners and their customers to agreed SLAs. Use bespoke software to research answers to queries and to enter and track orders in a timely and highly accurate manner. Work as part of the Customer Services Team and as part of the team that is Nectere. Sell our products and services on behalf of our partners to their customers. Carry out varying administrative tasks. Assist other Nectere departments as required.
Skills Requirements
To be able to fulfil the role, the applicant must have: A proven track record in a fast moving and demanding office based Customer Services Department. A high level of accuracy and excellent computer skills in varying applications strong communication and organisational skills. The ability to build strong professional and friendly relationships over the phone.
