A leading Insurance organisation with a reputation for service excellence, supporting clients in both Ireland and the UK, is now looking to recruit a dynamic committed and driven member to join their existing Customer Services Team, based in Dublin. Job Responsibilities: Effectively managing incoming customer service calls and emails, addressing and responding to queries, requests and policy clarifications in a timely manner. Go the extra mile to engage our customers. Liaising with Customer Service Directors in proactively communicating with clients, business partners, policy holders and providers. Assisting in the renewal, retention, acquisition and change requests from clients. Pro-actively supporting client communications and engagement via telephony, e-mail and web communications on a regular basis.Maintaining physical client records, compliance documentation, and electronic client and policy records. Supporting colleagues at Trade Events and seminars.
Skills Requirements
A minimum of 2 years experience of working with customers in a service or sales role, preferably in financial services or sales order processing, is essential.You will need to have a strong working knowledge of all Office Applications, and must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Experience with regulatory requirements for consumer protection would be preferred. Proven customer service support experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Salary: €27,500pa – €27,500pa
