Description
Ensure efficient day-to-day running of store/Deli. Ensure that the store reflects companys standards of merchandising, presentation and customer care. Prepare hot and cold food for customer consumption to the highest standard. Responsible for food safety and hygiene at all times and adhering to the policies of the company regarding food compliance. Ensure compliance with the HACCP preventative approach to food safety. Strictly follow stock rotation and control, traceability, correct storage and handling of each product. Ensure there is sufficient product for sale, yet keeping wastage levels as low as possible at all times. Ensure product is cooked to recommended specification and maintained correctly in hot or cold deli areas. Ensure all equipment is clean and in full working condition. Conduct stock takes as instructed by Management. Pro-actively deliver excellence in customer service at all times.
Skills Requirements
Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, representing the core values of the Pelco Ltd. brand. Previous experience working in a Deli/Food preparation is essential. Strong focus on customer service. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative. May be requested to work on other sites so flexibility is required.
