The Role:
Oxfam Ireland is now seeking a results focused, creative, agile Donor Loyalty and Retention Officer to join its committed Fundraising and Marketing team.
This role would ideally suit somebody with experience in direct marketing and regular giving in the NGO sector (charity or agency) or candidates from the private sector with a strong understanding of direct marketing principles and developing customer journeys.
This role focuses on the optimisation and development of Oxfam’s regular giving campaigns, refining of processes to bring an excellent experience to donors and in turn to improve recruitment, retention, donor lifetime value, and donor experience. You will project manage and lead cross functional teams ensuring Oxfam is equipped and enabled to implement marketing campaigns, achieving strategic targets and organisational priorities.
To succeed in this role,
you will have solid direct marketing experience including experience of using and understanding data and analysis to inform decision-making on delivering effective marketing activities and the ability to create exceptional donor journeys and manage the donor lifecycle. You will have strong relationship building and networking skills and will be comfortable working with and managing external suppliers and internal teams. You will have excellent communication skills and experience writing inspiring, persuasive copy for a range of audiences.
