Description

To assist with the preparation of department documents. To control the issue and retrieval of department documents. To maintain department files, paper or electronic in good order. To assist with the preparation of project documents. To publish and transmit document packages to clients and subcontractors. To file and retrieve company documents. To assist with general office administration. To assist with the transfer of information from paper based systems to electronic systems.

Skills Requirements

Strong administrative and IT skills including MS Office, Outlook, Adobe and MS Excel with a strong understanding of the Autocad software and a knowledge of 3D drawing softwares. A good practical understanding of web based document control systems such as 4P, Asite etc is fundamental.
