Facilities Assistant – Choice Services

Applicants must have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in property management, eg. Facilities, caretaking, security, resident supervisor, property maintenance.
Admin ability – collate and organise records;
Liaise with contractors on site.
Work under minimum supervision and able to react calmly to emergency situation.

Desirable Criteria
Experience in access control/CCTV/ BMS / Repairs & Maintenance
Relevant / specialist training;
Training in Health & safety and fire safety.
Proficient IT skills / experience of IT applications.
