Description
To be considered for this role, you must have 2 years+ 4/5 star Hotel experience and Opera Experience. Purpose: To assist in the smooth running of the front office and guest services departments, ensuring that all tasks are completed to standard in a timely fashion. To carry out all reception duties, working as part of the Front Office Team (reception, reservations and concierge). To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within all front office departments. To liaise with the front office team in finding opportunities to surprise and delight our guests whenever possible.
