Essential –
At least 3 years’ experience in a fundraising/business development or marketing role, with a proven track record of meeting financial targets and delivering strategic objectives and results;
Ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organisation, to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders;
Excellent relationship building and networking skills and proven track record in creating mutually beneficial partnerships with supporters;
An ability to influence others with excellent oral and written communication skills;
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills;
Excellent organisational and project management skills;
Event management experience;
Proficiency in the use of databases, other relevant IT packages and online fundraising tools;
Understanding of the non-profit sector.
Desirable-
3rd level qualification in marketing / public relations / communications / business / finance or a relevant career qualification;
Fundraising experience within the charity / non-profit sector;
Proven success in raising funds utilising a blend of the fundraising mix, i.e., major donors, trusts/foundations, corporate, community, individual giving, digital, etc. or equivalent ;
Experience of and ability to plan effectively at the organisational level;
Experience of budgeting and managing resources;
Experience of developing and implementing media, advocacy or marketing campaigns;
Direct marketing experience;
Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding the NGO sector;
Use of a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.

Post: Fundraising Manager
Salary: €55,000- €60,000 full time equivalent dependent on experience
Location: Hybrid model- 2 days per week required in the office. Office is based at 370 South Circular Road
Hours of Work: 32-40 hours per week, evening/ weekend work may be required on rare occasions
