Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email
-Answer customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting and problem solving as needed
-Managing customer complaints and difficult cases
-Work with customers to ensure timely and successful completion of all their transactions
-Participate in the design of the new Customer Service policies and operational processes
-Act as a customer champion inside the organization by providing feedback to other functions
-Show flexibility in responding to changing operational demands e.g. working off site
Skills & Attributes:
-Fluent English speaking required
-Excellent written & verbal communication skills
-Committed to working in a customer facing role; motivated by providing great service
-Demonstrate a strong track record of problem solving & attention to detail
-Thrive in a fast environment
-Proven capability of responding readily & flexibly in a fast changing environment
-Strong sense of humor & ability to work effectively with all customers
-Experience working in customer facing role
