We’re looking for a Group Director to drive our unique vision for achieving people’s dreams and transforming their lives in Ireland, North and South.
You’ll be an exceptional leader, with a proven track record of delivering strategic change and growth, who is inspirational, creative, ethical, fair and principled. You’ll work well within a team and ensure that our core values are aligned with the business needs of the organisation.
You’ll report to the Chief Executive and to the Boards of Trustees in Northern Ireland and in the Republic of Ireland.
In short, you’ll make us the key player in our sector in both jurisdictions on the island.
You’ll also inspire loyalty and create a culture of respect and support.
