Responsibilities and duties will include but are not limited to:
Work as part of Haven Bay team ensuring a warm and harmonious working environment for all at the Care Centre
Assist residents in the activities of daily living
Treat residents as individuals and respect their preferences and choices as far as possible
Assist residents in personal care while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are maintained
Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations and local policies as directed
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all residents and the Care Centre’s private information
Attend appropriate mandatory and discretionary training programmes as directed
Act in a professional manner as a representative of Haven Bay Care Centre at all times
Report any incident or deficit which may arise in the course of your employment
Undertake any other duties as required to maintain quality care as directed by the Nursing staff, Director of Care or the Operations Manager
Pay
€12.00 – €14.42 per hour
Roster
12 hour shifts Monday to Sunday
