Due to our continued growth, NABCO is now seeking to recruit for a number of positions within NABCO Munster, based in Cork and with a local office in Limerick.

Housing Manager (Full-Time) Ref: HM/Munster

We are currently seeking a Housing Manager, to join our team and work with us to deliver our vision. The opportunity for the Housing Manager will be based in Cork.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, we are interested in appointing a professional Housing Manager for this role who is committed to and can implement NABCO’s business in association with its members. Equally important for this position is that the Housing Manager can lead others to achieve their potential.

We are dedicated to the provision of housing services, estate management and tireless in our encouragement of co-operative self-help neighbourhood and community development.

Housing Officer (Full-Time) Ref: HO/Munster

We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join our housing management team serving co-operative housing estates.

Based in our Limerick/Cork office, the successful applicant will have the skills and capacity to assist in the delivery of quality housing management, administration, caretaking, repairs and maintenance services for designated estates.

Reporting to the Housing Manager and working with co-operative members the role necessitates excellent communication, IT, interpersonal and organisational skills and a full driving licence and use of a car.

Clerical Officer (3 Year Fixed Term) Ref: CO/Munster

NABCO is seeking a Clerical Officer to join its housing team in its Cork Office.  Reporting to the Housing Manager.

The Clerical Officer will work as a member of the housing team supporting overall service performance, standards, cost control, work programming, community development, members’ contacts and complaints, repair and maintenance reports, and financial accounting.

Applicants should have experience of either the Sage Accounting programme or a comparable accounting programme.
