Description
The intern will gain practical experience in such areas as HR functions. The intern will receive on the job training in HR administration and services, Recruitment and Selection and Training and Development. On completion the intern will have attained skills in: Working in a busy environment. Assisting the HRM in daily HR tasks, computer applications and communication skills. Providing administrative assistance to the hotel finance team will also be required from time to time.
Skills Requirements
A passion for looking after people. Good organisation, attention to detail and time management skills. Enjoys working in a busy office environment. Fluent English and excellent customer service skills. A Business Degree or similar is beneficial.
