COPE Galway is a registered charity, which provides a range of services to the people of Galway City and County, concentrating on specific responses to the needs of senior citizens, those experiencing homelessness and victims of domestic violence. We are currently seeking applications for the following position: Job Bridge Human Resources Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have:
A third level degree in Human Resources, Business Studies specialising in HR or other related qualification.
Knowledge of Employment Law
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, powerpoint, and a range of other computer applications.
An Ability to work on own initiative and follow through with tasks
Excellent Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate typed and written work
Ability to keep information confidential to the organisation
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in a HR Department.
This is a Job Bridge Internship
Contract: 9 months
Hrs of Work: 30 hours per week
Garda Clearance will be required for this role
