The successful applicants will be working as part of the Tiglin Challenge team with men and women whose lives have been challenged with addiction issues. The Tiglin Challenge Programme treats the whole person, taking care of Spirit, Body and Soul. All applicants must have an understanding and experience of working in addiction holding a relevant qualification.
The post’s will be providing day-to-day leadership to residents during recovery from life controlling issues such as alcohol and drug abuse, through personal development and other recovery initiatives under our programme.
Keyworkers and Support Workers will be working shift work, with no overnights.
Experience in addiction and delivering group work and 1:1 work
An understanding of data collection and Research would be an advantage.
The Weekend and Night Lead positions will involve one weekend 24 hour shift, alternating a Saturday or Sunday and working 2/3 evening shifts, alternating bi-weekly (This is an ideal opportunity for those who are studying and looking to have employment within the sector).
Have experience working within addiction field
