Description
Working directly with one of the solicitors on all matters relating to conveyancing. The majority of this role will involve dictation. Drafting and typing of correspondence and documents. Document and file management. Prioritising all communication, both verbal and written. General ad hoc duties as required. Excellent typing skills, as the majority of this role will involve dictation, minimum of 60 wpm. Highly organised individual, ability to multi task and work well in a busy environment. Must be able to show initiative and prioritise workload. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Very good interpersonal skills.
