The role will include the following tasks:
Normal reception duties, including answering all incoming calls;
Diary management requiring good inputting skills;
Responsibility for incoming and outgoing post;
File management including opening and closing files, scanning, filing, archiving etc.;
Normal office administration duties.
Required skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
Good IT skills;
Work as part of a team;
Have initiative;
Be well organised.
