Work Initiative Northside (WIN) is a local training initiative based in Northside Community Enterprises, Farranferris Education & Training Campus, Cork.
We deliver a full time training course in ‘IT & Customer Service’ offering certification in QQI Level 4 and City & Guilds. This course aims to provide learners with the skills and knowledge necessary to work in a contemporary office environment. There is a strong focus on career planning and personal development.
We are seeking an Assistant Coordinator (Part Time) to deliver QQI modules in Reception Skills, Business English & Functional Mathematics. Applicants must have suitable training qualifications and experience in delivering QQI modules. We are seeking someone who has a passion for working with learners who may have experienced barriers to education and employment. This role will also require excellent administration skills.
Responsibilities:
Deliver 3 QQI modules
Reporting to LTI coordinator
Office management
Requirements:
Must have teaching and experience working with ETB/LTI projects for at least two years
Minimum of Train the Trainer QQI Level 6 (or equivalent)
Experience in teaching Office Administration
Personal effectiveness in the workplace
Strong administration and organisational skills
Have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as a part of a team
