Active Retirement Ireland is looking for a Membership Support Officer to join our Membership Support Team to provide support to Active Retirement Ireland.
You will use your excellent organisational and administrative skills to provide an excellent service to the ARI membership, including being the first point of contact for all enquiries; inputting membership data; assisting with the administration and delivery of ARI events and the administration of funding initiatives such as the national raffle and member’s discounts
You will have a good all-round administrative background with experience in database entry. You will also have good written and oral communication skills and be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of Microsoft Access would be an advantage. An understanding and empathy with the issues affecting older people today would be beneficial.
You will be joining an ambitious, passionate and supportive team in a full time position and will be based in our offices in Capel Street.
