National Seeking Safety Project Lead – SAOL Project – Dublin

National Project Lead for Seeking Safety Project is a new position, arising from the support of the Department of Health through its Women’s Health Fund. The Seeking Safety Project will develop and implement a cross sectoral, interagency Irish adaptation of the Seeking Safety model to support hard to reach women who experience both mental health and substance use issues, paying particular attention to those experiencing domestic and sexual gender based violence.

We are looking
for an experienced and motivated person to lead this Project. Working with the CEO of the SAOL Project (employers) along with 6 other organisations and the programme manager of Dual Diagnosis clinical programme (HSE), the successful candidate will develop and roll out a Seeking Safety model with partner organisations in Dublin, Drogheda, Roscommon and Limerick. A team of seven Seeking Safety workers and 7 Seeking Safety Peer workers will assist you in this work.
