The ideal candidate will have:
Third level qualification-minimum Level 5 preferably in social care or equivalent.
Availability to work waking night shifts
One years’ experience of working with vulnerable group (preferably including women who are/ were homeless).
Demonstrate
the ability to treat the client group in a non- judgmental way from a trauma informed perspective, which under pins Novas service delivery.
Understanding of a low threshold service and harm reduction model of working
Understanding of working within inter-agency framework.
