Oradeo is an international recruitment company and is seeking an Administrator/Receptionist to join their team. This will suit an ambitious person who is looking to develop a long-term career with an expanding and ambitious organization. Scope of the role: Reception; Provide a friendly, courteous and efficient reception; Central co-ordination of all switchboard and telephony enquiry calls; Answer and transfer calls in a prompt, efficient and polite manner; Take accurate messages and pass on to the relevant person; Manage company post; General administrational duties; Managing office stationary and supplies; Assisting in preparing company presentations – formatting, printing, binding etc.; Assisting recruitment team in preparing candidates CVs for submission to clients; Inputting data of company CRM systems and maintenance of same; Updating the company website and job posting adverts. Excellent telephone manner; Good IT skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
