Description

Requirements : Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English. Strong attention to detail. Likes working in a team. At least 1-2 years sales / customer service industry. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Friendly telephone manner. Ensure all orders are accurately processed on time and in accordance with process procedures. Achieve and increase consistent sales through a professional telesales. Assist, resolve and manage customer enquiries, complaints and credit notes. Maintain customer database and other ad hoc administrative duties. Working hours: Monday – Saturday between 6am -6pm (37.5 hr/week). Occasional night shifts 8pm – 1am.
