Direct contact and supervision from BCBA.
Registered Behaviour Training (RBT) provided and funded by the company (for candidates without ABA qualifications).
Essential requirements:
Hold a Level 6 or higher qualifications in Psychology/ Social Care/ Nursing or related area.
Desirable:
Hold a Post-Graduate Qualification in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related area/ or be in pursuit of same/ or relevant experience and knowledge of ABA principles.
All candidates should:
Ideally, have one years of experience supporting individuals with Autism (desirably beyond the age of twelve).
Experience in understanding and managing behaviours of concern.
Experience working in the family home environment and community settings.
Confidently be able to lone work, and to work remotely.
The ability to collect data.
Be flexible, enthusiastic and committed.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
In-depth understanding of ethical and professional practices.
Full B Licence required due to the location.
