We currently have a vacancy for a Personal Assistant incorporating responsibilities of a part-time Programme Coordinator to join our small, friendly team at our office in Cork City.
The primary focus of this role is accurately managing the diary of the Chief Executive, assisting in monthly financial reporting, maintaining good working relationships with both colleagues and external contacts, ensuring the database and website are updated, identifying venues, catering and speakers for events and to assist in the running of these events.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in a similar role, whether in a PA role or in Event Management. They will be confident and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills.
Salary: €28,000 – €30,000 per annum dependant on experience.
