There is an immediate vacancy for the position of Personal Assistant to our Managing Director. This is a full time and permanent position. The successful candidate will be accomplished, professional, confidential and flexible. A minimum of five years experience in a similar role in a large organisation will be a requirement. The role will require the high level of discretion, maturity and attention to detail. Duties: Preparing documents and presentations for Board level meetings. Designing presentations for delivery externally and at Board level. Assisting MD with strategic projects. Arranging meetings and making complex multiple travel and accommodation bookings. Organising and maintaining diaries internally and externally. Scheduling meetings with multiple attendees. Taking and distributing of accurate minutes. Developing presentations. Researching projects and background searches. Handling complex business critical queries and ensuring appropriate, accurate & timely responses.
Skills Requirements
Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Excellent numeracy skills. High level of proficiency in the Microsoft suite. Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proven ability of successfully working on own initiative and unsupervised. Proven ability to meet challenging deadlines and work under pressure.
