We wish to recruit 3 suitably qualified Personal Assistants to support male clients.
Personal Assistants are involved in the support of individuals who require an additional level of assistance, either in a one-to-one or small group setting. Individuals will require supports with personal care.
We also wish to recruit a Relief Panel of suitably qualified persons to cover staff leave for the following roles:
Personal Assistants (Relief Panel) – are involved in the support of individuals who require an additional level of assistance, either in a one-to-one or small group setting. Individuals may require supports with personal care.
Support Worker (Relief Panel) – The role of a Support Worker involves the provision of quality training, personal development, occupational and leisure activities for adults with learning disabilities.
Applicants must have a major Fetac Level 5 award (full 8 Modules) in health and social care or related field.
Care training and previous experience of working with adults with intellectual disabilities is highly desirable.
A waiting list may be created to fill similar vacancies in this jurisdiction, which arise within 9 months of the interview date.
