At A.T Network we are proud to partner with a leading self directed and family led service. We work right across the disability sector to recruit personal assistants with experience, skills, and knowledge to join our innovative and progressive approach. Whilst your employment will lie with the A.T Network you will work directly for the person. We act as intermediary between our members – who we call Leaders – and the Health Service Executive (HSE) and, secondly, we support people to support themselves.
I am looking to speak with enthusiastic and motivated individuals who want to provide support to empower people with disabilities to be as independent as they can be, so that they hold charge over their own lives, just like everybody else.

Our leader believes that a comprehensive training and coaching programme is essential to help all team members to continue to grow. This leader invests heavily in their induction training in order to equip new staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to start their career journey.

This position is available close to Limerick city (Annacotty)
This role is a real opportunity to make a difference is one person’s life.
The successful candidate will be an active member of their community and will be able to identify and pursue promising local opportunities.
We work in partnership with all team members to ensure the rota reflects both the needs of the leader but also the needs of the team. There is immense flexibility in this post.
The successful candidate will need to be in a position to work some evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Essential Criteria
Qualification of minimum QQI level 5 in relevant field.
Have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong values and person-centred approach
Must be enthusiastic, resilient, energetic, and proactive
Social skills required to relate well with others.
Competence to learn and apply best practice strategies for assisting people with disabilities to be a part of their own community.
