Project Co-ordinator (Part Time) – FAB Community Development Project – Wexford

Overall Responsibilities of the post:
Working for the FAB Board of Management, the Coordinator is responsible for the day to day running, management and development of the Project and will implement the Aims and Objectives of the Project, this includes working as part of a team with ‘Huggie Bears’ Childcare Centre & Montessori, the Youth Diversion Project (SAFE), and the Administration staff.

Main duties of the post:
To manage and support the staff within the organisation.
To network with other community organisations to support women’s participation in FAB CDP
To secure funding for the development and the sustainability of the Project
To be responsible for the overall Income and Expenditure of all activities within the project
To co-ordinate and work with the relevant personnel in the development of the new Childcare Centre
To be proficient in all M.S. Software applications

The successful candidate will have:
A relevant third level qualification or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in a community development setting
Excellent communication, coordination and report writing skills
Ability to motivate people and relate to diverse groups and individuals
Own transport essential.

The annual salary for this position is:- € 25,500.00
