Our youth work practice draws on Education, arts-based, sporting, cultural and recreational processes which are responsive to the individual needs of young people, in particular, those most at risk.
Rialto Youth Project aims to provide a comprehensive youth service that supports community development and social change towards a more equitable society for children and young people.
The Ideal candidate will have a real and passionate commitment to the ethos and values of the project, a demonstrable experience of engagement in justice making, community development and networking and a proven experience of working with young people for.

The following requirement are needed for this post
Essential qualification
An * NSETS recognised professionally endorsed qualification in Youth Work or Youth and Community Work is essential plus 5 years full time experience of working with young people at risk in a youth work setting in a paid capacity
Or
Have worked with young people for five years full time and have experience of working with young people at risk in a youth work setting in a paid capacity and have an equivalent professional Degree level qualification within the Education/Social Sciences /Youth Work or Community Work field.
The candidate will need to demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of youth work; have a proven track record of relevant experience and possess a range of practical skills and attributes suited to the particular needs and challenges of the Rialto Youth Project as it currently operates.
