The ideal candidate will have:
Third level qualification-minimum Level 7 in social care or equivalent and capable of CORU registration in due course.
Two years’ experience of working with vulnerable groups including homeless families, adults and children
living in emergency accommodation.
Availability to work varying shifts including early, late and waking night shifts.
Demonstrate the ability to treat the client group in a non- judgmental way from a trauma informed perspective, which under pins Novas service delivery.
Understanding of a low threshold service and harm reduction model of working
Good knowledge of relevant local services and strong ability to work in partnership with relevant services
A full and clean driving license with access to own vehicle
