Description

An administrator/receptionist to provide support to the business. Duties to include – Manage client incoming calls. Prepare monthly reports to management. Meet and greet clients, visitors, manage security and visitors lists. Arrange taxis and VIP pickup. Manage deliveries and queries and distribute invoices and follow up team queries. Meeting room bookings. Process all access requests. Look after Inbound and outbound post. Log incoming/outcoming calls. Log all registered post. Provide support to business units. Other administration duties. Stock-take for stationary. Excellent organisational skills. Attention to detail. Ability to multi task. Time management. Proven record of meeting deadlines. 2 years of administration experience. Ability to work on own initiative. Be fully computer literate – Microsoft/ lotus notes skills. Be a professional communicator written and verbally.
