Description
Experienced Receptionist/Administrator required for leading exhibition and display company. Reception/Administration Duties: Answering and transferring calls. Recording messages and passing them on. Forward relevant emails to the specific person. Greet callers to GDS Showroom and direct to required division. Provide hospitality services as required to visitors/meetings. Maintain adequate stock levels of Stationary and keep cupboard tidy. Receive post and pass on to a Director. Manage out going mail. Type Pro Formas, Budget Proposals, Risk Assessments and any other needed documents. Assist with sales persons correspondence. Organize and record courier requests. Organize collection of goods from suppliers. Update Conference/Events & Exhibition listings. File any information on upcoming or past events. Assist with any other work or projects. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and have fluent English.
