The position of Receptionist / Administrator, in the Administration department is based in Cameron, Longford, Ireland. The purpose of this role is to provide high end administrative support and ensure visitors are welcomed in a professional and courteous manner. Key responsibilities: �?� Screening and routing of all incoming calls, including paging personnel. �?� Take and communicate messages to recipients via email. �?� Monitoring and controlling voicemail operation on switchboard. �?� Administration duties including inputting of financial and documentation data in SAP. �?� Greet all visitors to the plant in a professional, friendly manner. �?� Ensure correct signing in and out procedure is followed. �?� Update electronic name board. �?� Frank / log all outgoing mail in mailing log record book as appropriate. �?� Arrange travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, car hire and taxis. �?� Enter travel details onto the company SOS website.

Skills Requirements
�?� Fluent spoken and written English are essential. �?� Business qualification is preferred. �?� Full operating knowledge of a switchboard is desired. �?� Ideally, the candidate should have at least 2 years administration /receptionist experience working in a similar work environment. �?� Must be proficient in all MS Office (particularly email, word and excel) MOUS or similar qualification would be beneficial.
