Office receptionist require to work in Sherry FitzGerald Feeney West in Ballina, Co Mayo, working in a small team environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for some of the following duties :Be the first point of contact for customers.Promote Sherry FitzGerald Feeney West and look for business opportunities.Diary management.Support staff on all administration duties. Ensure that the standard of Customer Service to the client is maintained.Deal with customer queries both by phone and in office. Updating the company web site & Facebook pages. Qualifications:Minimum 2-3 years similar work experience required ideally in a medium sized organisation that deals in the services industry.Must have strong reception skills. Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, using in house systems. Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality. Excellent organization and administration skills. Ability to multitask and to prioritize.
