Description
To maintain and service an efficient and effective reception area. To welcome and receive all visitors and ensure they are directed to the relevant person. Coordinate and manage the conference rooms, ensuring that they have all necessary equipment and refreshments required for meetings and pitches. Coordinate and manage the receipt and dispatch of domestic and foreign couriers. Book and coordinate taxis. Maintain and update a bank of central information, contact details, mailing lists etc. as necessary for the reception area. Liaise with a range of suppliers, service providers and facilities staff to ensure services are maintained efficiently and effectively. Responsible for distribution of post in the morning and bringing post to Post office in the evening. Ensuring an adequate provision of stamps at all times. Collecting the milk and ensure adequate amounts of milk and provisions are available in the kitchens.
Skills Requirements
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, client focused approach are essential. A polished presentation and a professional corporate appearance is a must combined with a confident and professional attitude with an eagerness to perform within the role.
