Receptionist / Data Entry – Excel Plastics Ltd – Co Monaghan

Description

Duties will include: Assist with the diary managements & travel arrangements of senior staff. Meeting Room Management; Distribute and arrange incoming and outgoing post; Receive deliveries and organise the necessary collections; Meeting and welcoming of all visitors & clients; Receive, direct & relay messages ensuring the phone is manned at all times; Customer Service – data entry as required.

Skills Requirements

At least 1 year experience in a receptionist or office coordinator position Ability to prioritize and effective time management skills Good Microsoft Office skills (Word,Excell,Powerpoint,Outlook) A professional and pleasant telephone manner The ability to work on one s own initiative A flexible, positive attitude and good work ethic
