One of our Client is looking for an experienced candidate for a full time Receptionist & Facilities Co-Ordinator position. A successful candidate will work for one of the financial institutions based in Kilkenny. The role includes: Greeting all clients/guests in a professional and pleasant manner; Managing the visitor sign-in process, issuing security passes & advising on any specific H&S requirements; Organizing taxis, couriers, etc; Booking and setting up meeting rooms; Sorting, logging and distributing all incoming and outgoing post; Manage onsite cleaning and catering contractors as well as service contractors while onsite (ensuring relevant documentation is completed prior to commencement of works); Complete weekly / monthly Health & Safety checklists; Complete various security administration checks; Liaise with the Technical Manager in Dublin regarding any building issues onsite and others
Skills Requirements
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in working in a similar role as a Receptionist and Facilities Administrator/Co-Ordinator; Banking, finance, corporate background; Excellent telephone and Customer Service skills; strong organization and administration skills; Is computer literate.
