Description
Assist in the running of a busy telecommunications environment. Provide excellent customer service both face to face and over the phone and social media to a wide variety of clients. Liaising and communicating with all departments within the company. You must demonstrate your time management skills. This role also involves cash handling on a daily basis.
Skills Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills. Strong organisational and written skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – in particular Microsoft Word and Excel. Proactive and professional approach. Use of CRM system an advantage.
