Receptionist / Front Of House – ISS Facility Services – Dublin South Central

Job Dimensions include: Reception hours: 9.00am to 3.00pm. Visitor Handling such as greeting, notification, registration, visitor flow, information handling, follow up, access control, order and organizing transport. Access control incl. control of visitors and/or suppliers entering or leaving the premises via reception, issue of visitor badges, register etc. Meeting room Administration, i.e. booking of meeting rooms, related services. Administration; these are customer specific tasks including checking and ordering of office supplies, travel formalities, special events, mail administration, data processing, parking administration, hotel bookings. Other duties as required, i.e. record keeping, emergency procedure co-ordination. Opening, delivering and sorting post – postal delivery to be made to employees desks between 11.00am – 11.30am. Urgent deliveries can be collected at Reception Desk by prior arrangement. Weekly cleaning and facilities check to be carried out weekly.

Must take pride in being the first point of contact to all external and internal customers. Pleasant and outgoing personality. Articulate and positive communication skills. High standard of grooming and personal hygiene. Must have a work ethic that offers highly developed organizing ability and attention to detail. Must be flexible to all ad-hoc requests.
