Dublin City Centre Citizens Information Service is part of a country wide network of Citizens Information Services funded by the Citizens Information Board. We provide information, advice and advocacy on a wide range of civil and social rights and entitlements.
We currently have 2 vacancies under a Community Employment Scheme sponsored by South Dublin Voluntary Groups.

1 Receptionist/ Information Assistant
Duties include:greeting callers, assisting with information provision, general office duties to include document production, filing, mail handling etc. in support of the work of a busy city centre drop-in information service. Good computer skills required.
2 Usher
Duties include: assisting with the orderly management and safety of the Citizens Information Centre’s client waiting area. Also general office duties and document production in support of the operation of a busy city centre Citizens Information Centre. Basic computer skills required and previous office/security experience desirable but not essential.
